Souter II?

For those conservatives who are enthusiastic backers of the SCOTUS candidacy of Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Michael McConnell, you - and the President - might want to re-think that support.

If Andy Schafly is correct, a Bush choice of Judge McConnell for the High Court would be an indication of surrender on the part of the White House to Darth Queeg.

And that might require me to reevaluate the latter's presidential chances in 2008.
