The Most Infuriating Week

This week has been an interesting, if infuriating, one. While reading columns and blogs, reading the words of hard core leftists and those who until recently I thought to have a modicum of common sense, I have become more angry than I’ve been in a long time. In the Republican forum, there is an infantile, frankly stupid Leftist posting DU-type kook theories. In one of them, he raises “ClapGate,” the lack of whooping and hollering by the military folks President Bush was speaking to at Fort Bragg. One response to him was this:

To which the Liberal Loon replied:

YEAH, WONDER HOW MUCH THEY PAID HIM TO MAKE BUSH'S WAR SELL?

To which I replied:

You blithering liberal idiot. How dare you say such a thing about an honorable soldier who has paid such a high price, and is willing to pay even more in order to serve his country? How DARE you insinuate that his allegiance can be bought? You are not fit to stand in his presence, and you certainly aren't worth the price he is willing to pay for your freedom.

Shame on you.

That post is still up, by the way, I’m surprised it hasn’t been moved yet. I don’t care, people like this jerk make me sick. This is the state of the Democratic Party today. The Democratic Underground morons are going bananas over this “revelation” by another leftist kook, Lawrence O’Donnell, saying that Rove was the source for Valerie Plame’s “outing.” Oh, they think they’ve got him now! No evidence, nothing…but they’ve already got him in handcuffs and marching to prison. Amazing that people who support the Clintons pounce on every non-scandal fomented by a frothing-at-the-mouth Bush-hater, but they defended Clinton to the end, and defend every stupid comment made by liberals now. They call Bush’s Administration treasonous, but defend idiots like Dick Durbin and Nancy Pelosi.

Then…Brian Williams’ comments, Maxine Waters’ comments, Harry Reid’s “warnings” to Bush about Sandra Day O’Connor’s successor…GEEZ, I’m really ready for a 4th of July barbecue…I think I’ll burn a few Democrats in effigy.
