Press Bias In Microcosm

There's no way to adequately exerpt this Jack Kelly piece on the New York Times' outrageous anti-military slant. Suffice it to say that he talked to the same source regarding the pre-emptive upgrading of our troops' body armor and got a story that was the diametric antithesis of the "story" the NYT published.

Small wonder Mr. Kelly concluded: "Americans are becoming increasingly pessimistic about the war in Iraq, because all news about Iraq is presented as bad news, even when it isn't." (via Powerline)

Also, be sure to check out Brother Hinder-rocker's demolition of the ASSociated Press' Angela Brown and her pro-Cindy Sheehan mendacities.

(Hey, with my last name, I feel for Rocketman like the Asian gentleman in the old Isuzu ad who tried to teach the clueless white guy to correctly pronounce "Isuzu," and then, after failing, tells him, "Thas okay, I still can' say 'Chevroay'"....)
