Terrorists Don't Go "Oink!"

How can a Congress that never met a greasy transportation project it didn't like turn around and eliminate a program to cross-train customs and immigration agents as reserve air marshals for deployment during heightened alerts - on the grounds that it is "a waste of resources," no less - when the air marshals the government has now have been warning for months that they need reinforcements for just such contingencies?

To quote the noted philosopher Pete Kendall, "That's a faiah question...."
