Is Bush Running Again?

Has anybody noticed that the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee seem to be using the time they are allotted for questioning Alito to instead bash Bush and his policies? This is amazing. Instead of doing their duty, they're playing to their kook base, trying to look "tough" on Alito and get their licks in on Bush...while Alito makes them look like the idiots they are. I *especially* loved his takedown of Blowhard Biden. And what's up with Kennedy...? The man is pathetic...absolutely pathetic.
