ARRRGGGGHHH!!

Y'know, stuff like this just makes me nuts. The headline over at Newsmax:

"Europeans Wary of U.S. Attack on Iran"

Does anything strike you as a little off-kilter there? Why the HECK aren't they wary of Iran acquiring nuclear weapons??

Senior European policy-makers are increasingly concerned that the U.S. will launch air strikes against Iran’s nuclear program to prevent the Islamic Republic from acquiring nuclear weapons.
According to a report in Britain’s the Guardian, the Europeans fear that the nuclear crisis could come to a head this year if the U.S. loses patience with Russian stalling tactics at the U.N. Security Council over sanctions against Iran.

This is the kind of thing that makes me yell at my monitor. Apparently, the Europeans are "increasingly concerned" that the U.S. will once again save their butts. This reminds me of that idiot columnist referenced earlier in this space who thinks we have just over-reacted to 9-11, that more people have to die before it's REALLY a big deal. Why don't we just wait until Iran HAS nukes, and THEN maybe the Europeans will fear THAT rather than the fact that we might do something about it.
