The case is brought by Peter F. Paul against William Jefferson Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton For US Senate Committee, Inc, New
York Senate 2000, David Rosen, Gary Smith, James Levin, and Aaron Tonken.

During the campaign of 2008, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton will be paying a visit to the above address, but not by choice. She will be sitting in a courtroom chair, either as defendant or as a witness. In any case, she will be under oath. This last seems to have previously been settled. (California Superior Court trial judge, Aurelio Munoz to David Kendall, counsel for the Clintons, “I will entertain no motion that prevents Mrs. Clinton from testifying……did you hear that, Mr. Kendall?”) Kendall may appeal to the California Supreme Court, but that procedure is not expected to be a lengthy one, since the court has ruled previously that it would not throw out the case regarding former impeached president Clinton.

We all know what notoriously slippery characters the Clintons are, so none of this is a sure thing. Any number of things could happen to delay the proceedings or get the
Clintons of the hook: the untimely death of the Lead Judge due to a tragic fall from a very tall building, surprising and inexplicable suicides, calamitous airplane crashes, the mysterious disappearance of material evidence, the recanting of prior sworn statements, etc, etc, etc.

So stay tuned. . . if only to see how long it takes the Drive-Bys to stop dragging their feet and start reporting this story. { 8^)

That reminds me of a funny story.

President Bush is talking to God one morning during his devotional time. After six and a half years of being under daily withering, vicious, mean-spirited assault by his political enemies, he's about come to the end of his rope, so he asks the LORD a series of questions.

"LORD, will the national debt ever be paid off?" God replies, "Yes, My child; but not in your lifetime."

"LORD, will my country ever win the War Against Islamic Fundamentalism?" God answers, "Yes, My child; but not in your lifetime.

"LORD, will my political enemies ever stop hating me?" God retorts, "Yes, my child; but not in your lifetime."

The President digests these divine answers for a bit, and then asks, "LORD, will the Clintons ever be brought to justice for all their scandals?"

God thinks for a while, and then replies, "Yes, my child - but not in MY lifetime."
