Cape Fear In The Corn?

I hadn't even heard about this until I read about it on Michelle Malkin's site.

Kansas University's Paul Mirecki, the controversial religious studies professor whose planned course on creationism and intelligent design was canceled after he derided Christian conservatives as "fundies," was allegedly beaten on Monday morning by two unidentified white men who he claims targeted him for his views.

Apparently there is some doubt as to the veracity of his claims. Read Malkin's coverage. It will be interesting to get to the truth about this.
