Along those lines, it looks like Rick Santorum (R-PA) is once again picking up ground on Democrat challenger Bob Casey. Given how much of a national barometer the Donks and their wholly-owned media subsidiary have made of this race, if it tightens into a dead-head, that does not bode well for the minority party's chances of gaining ground in either house of Congress. And if Santorum pulls out a third term? Fughedaboudit.

Also, say hello to Bob Corker, the man to whom Representative Harold Ford, Jr. will be conceding Bill Frist's senate seat on the evening of November 7th.
