Jon Korzine Goes Berserk

Here is what the senior senator from New Jersey said, in part, a month ago:

In a letter to President Bush, whose supporters financed the Swift Boat ads last year, Corzine said the President should “without delay or ambiguity…repudiate the tactics employed by USA Next and to restore civility and honor to the on-going Social Security dialogue.”
Here is what the senior senator from New Jersey said the other day:

In a conference call with reporters Monday, Senator John Corzine, D-NJ, one of the leading opponents of the President's plan, said [Vice President Dick] Cheney had "a virtual career of disdain for Social Security," and compared his appearances to sending Saddam Hussein to campaign for democracy in Iraq.
Civility? Honor?

Korzine should sell the senate seat he bought as a hobbyhorse and go buy the Jersey governorship instead, and leave the rest of us the hell alone.
