Terrorist Surveillance

Okay, I saw this over at NewsMax and thought what the....? Bush is giving up a program he said was vital in the War on Terror? Here is John Hinderaker's take on it, he doesn't seem to be too troubled and doesn't think the changes will amount to anything. Rush, on the other hand, disagrees. He's pretty upset with the President over it. Me, I want to find out a little more before commenting too much. My gut tells me Bush won't give anything up that helps us in the War on Terror. I think protecting this country is his main, first, and foremost priority and I trust him to do the right thing.
